Play the Gates of Olympus Super Scatter Demo Free
The demo below is Pragmatic Play's official Super Scatter client with play credits: the same grid, tumbles, orbs, and instant-paying Super Scatters as real money play. No signup or deposit is needed, and it runs on mobile.
Official client, Pragmatic's servers, play credits. The Super Scatter mechanic is rare enough that even experienced Olympus players should watch it fire in demo mode once before staking money on it.
If the frame does not load in your region, every casino on our tested list offers the same demo from the game tile. The standard Gates of Olympus 1000 demo stays on our homepage.
How Do Super Scatters Work?
Super Scatters are special golden scatters that pay immediately when they appear on the spin that triggers free spins: one pays 100x, two pay 500x, three pay 5,000x, and four pay the full 50,000x maximum, before the bonus even starts.
The franchise's usual shape puts all the value inside the bonus round; Super Scatter moves a slice of it to the doorway. Alongside the regular Zeus scatters, golden Super Scatters can land, and when a spin triggers free spins with Super Scatters on screen, they pay on the spot:
| Super Scatters on the trigger | Instant payout |
|---|---|
| 1 | 100x bet |
| 2 | 500x bet |
| 3 | 5,000x bet |
| 4 | 50,000x bet (max win, round over) |
Then the free spins round begins anyway, with the familiar orb-fed multiplier meter running on top of whatever the Super Scatters already banked. Land four and there is nothing left to play for; 50,000x is the cap and the game pays it immediately.
The rest of the engine is family standard: 8+ scatter pays, tumbles, orbs that sum at sequence end. What the new mechanic buys structurally is a second, independent route to a huge result that does not depend on a long meter grind, which changes how the game distributes its variance; the trigger spin itself becomes an event. The equivalent analysis for the 1000 edition is in our max win guide.
Super Scatter vs Gates of Olympus 1000: Which Should You Play?
Play 1000 for the purest version of the meter-driven bonus; play Super Scatter for a higher 50,000x ceiling and instant trigger payouts. RTP is effectively the same, so the choice is about where you want the variance concentrated.
The honest comparison, since search habits mash these two titles together:
| Gates of Olympus 1000 | Super Scatter | |
|---|---|---|
| Released | Dec 2023 | Apr 2025 |
| Max win | 15,000x | 50,000x |
| Default RTP | 96.50% | 96.50% |
| Signature | 1,000x orbs, meter bonus | Instant-paying Super Scatters |
| Where the big win lives | Inside free spins, via the meter | Partly on the trigger spin itself |
There is no "better" here, only preference about variance shape. The 1000 edition is the purer expression of the meter fantasy: everything builds inside the round. Super Scatter adds a scratch-card thrill to the trigger itself at the price of splitting your attention between two win mechanisms.
One naming correction worth repeating, because the search data says people need it: "Gates of Olympus 1000 Super Scatter" is not a game. There is Gates of Olympus 1000 (December 2023) and Gates of Olympus Super Scatter (April 2025), separate releases with separate math. Both demos are free on this site, the whole family is mapped in every Gates of Olympus version, and all four casinos we test carry both titles.
